Fort Myers home-seekers can find neighborhoods as distinctive from one another as golf is from tennis. While Mirror Park and Daniels Crossing is one of the larger southeast neighborhoods of Fort Myers, its primary focus is not beaches, golf or boating. Villas, townhouses and custom waterfront homes
Buyers can find Colonial-Revival and custom ranch-style homes with over 4,000 square feet. Single-story attached townhouses have recently sold for around $300,000. Villas with garages and plenty of room for a pool have recently sold for around $530,000. As Realtor Rosen explains, “Buyers around here can find homes in country club communities or townhouses in low HOA neighborhoods.” Bell Tower Park is one of seven subdivisions. Hiking trails lead to lakes and parks
Nearby Lakes Park features 259 acres of trails and lakeside scenery. A wooden bridge that spans the lake draws hikers and photographers, while children will enjoy a kid-sized train that takes them through the park. The Brookshire Bath & Tennis Club has swimming pools, tennis courts, fishing lakes, and a splash pad for kids. Belltower Park features tennis courts, a swimming pool and abundant fitness amenities. Watch spring training for two MLB teams
