Midcentury homes appear in many styles

Decorative oaks and maples appear at irregular intervals along the sidewalks. Ranch styles and split-levels meet on Sherwood to Pettit's well-kept lots. Most homes sell for between $115,000 to $235,000, marking them below the national average and that of downtown’s condominiums. Inventory in this well-positioned neighborhood is relatively limited, and turnkey properties don't stick around for longer than a week.A Saturday in the park or on the course
