For everything else, it’s about 6 miles to downtown Fortuna, where locals can dine at La Costa for authentic Mexican or Redwood Café for a hearty breakfast. There's also Bob’s Footlongs, a classic American diner that serves up hotdogs, burgers, shakes and French fries. Grocery stores in Fortuna include Safeway, Ray’s Food Place and Fortuna Grocery Outlet.
