Walkable and family-friendly
Just outside Four Corners, but still part of the Clermont umbrella, lies Greater Groves. This laid-back community of modest ranch homes isn’t just close to Disney World, but also charming family-owned restaurants, hunting and nature grounds, and quirky local businesses. “It’s actually a very walkable neighborhood. It’s one of the few neighborhoods where people can walk their dogs inside the community. And, the price points are pretty good; a lot of people that live there are first-time homebuyers,” says Kelly Thompson, real estate agent with Charles Rutenberg Realty Orlando. “I think during COVID people have started to invest in their properties and have taken care of the houses. It’s actually quite beautiful.”
Homes in Greater Groves are primarily single-family ranch houses built in the 1990s and early 2000s.
