Franklinton is a growing town with new homes and businesses
In the west end of Franklin County lies the small town of Franklinton, known for its growing suburban communities and a significant land market in its outlying areas. The town has added new developments recently, including new restaurants and shops downtown and improvements to existing parks and infrastructure. Lot sizes of homes get larger as residents drive further out from the suburbs, with much of Franklinton's outer rim filled with dense Carolina trees and undeveloped lots. Greg and Wendy Dyer, a local Realtor team with Julie Wright Realty Group, say, "Franklinton is a growing community; developments like Woodland Park are great to move to since it's a custom home builder neighborhood."
