Located in southern Fremont, Warm Springs is an expansive neighborhood sectioned into suburban housing, commercial areas and an industrial portion called the Warm Springs Innovation District. Covering 12 acres, Warm Springs Community Park is a neighborhood destination all year. “That’s where all the kids play baseball,” says Debbie Rossetto, a Realtor with Everhome Real Estate and longtime Fremont resident. There are basketball courts, tennis courts and a baseball field with batting cages. A trail winds through the tree-studded park, taking visitors past the Nimbus Sculpture, a 1985 steel artwork representing a cloud. Lone Tree Creek Park has ample open space for soccer games, a basketball court and a playground with climbing equipment and slides. Booster Park features an open grassy area for games or lounging, while children can enjoy the play equipment. A softball field occupies the space’s eastern side, while a walking path connects to the neighborhood’s sidewalks.
