"You can get a newer home that's move-in ready, and you're still only about an hour or two away from all the other cool stuff Southern California has to offer," says Justin Short, a Realtor with KW Temecula, who sells homes in the neighborhood. "In general, it's a friendly area with a lot of young families." The neighborhood offers local parks stocked with sports courts and playgrounds while being just a short drive from a recreational lake and vineyards for weekend getaways.
