Houses are primarily situated to the north around Forum Drive and split up between multiple loops and subdivisions. “There’s a lot of common features in the neighborhood,” Harriss says. “They have a lot of flower beds at the entrances, and the medians are also landscaped. It’s a nice, single-family neighborhood with really strong curb appeal.” Grassy lawns are properly maintained with landscaped bushes and tall trees, and some houses also have their own lamp posts.
