Grant is a small, rural town between White Bear Lake and Stillwater

Grant is a rural community of winding country lanes, lush farms and equestrian properties. It sits just north of the St. Paul suburbs, putting it within commuting distance of the Twin Cities and just west of the village of Stillwater. “It’s a sought-after area. It’s very rural, and many of the homes are on 10-acre lots or more. It’s also in one of the top-ranked school districts in the region, which is a huge draw,” says Realtor Joe Walsh of Pop Realty, who lives in neighboring White Bear Lake.
