Kelly Farm
Modern architecture and HOA regulations
Most of the neighborhood’s homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, with new developments underway in the community’s southwest corner. “When Kelly Farm was first being developed, it was a requirement for each home to have at least one tree in the front yard,” says Bowles. “So most of the streets are lined with trees that have been standing for at least a decade. I walk a 2-mile loop from my home a couple times a week, and it's nice to look at the greenery and be under the shade of the trees.” Modern traditional and craftsman-style homes make up most of the architectural scene in Kelly Farm, with prices ranging from $400,000 to $700,000. There is also a selection of townhomes on the neighborhood's southside, which can go for $375,000 and $650,000. “Residents have to follow certain HOA guidelines,” Bowles says. “You can’t keep an RV or trailer in your driveway, and your front yard needs to be upkept. The restrictions are worth the benefits of living in a beautifully maintained neighborhood.”Miles of trails along the Poudre River
The Poudre River Trail runs north of Kelly Farm and is accessible from the Signature Bluffs Natural Area Trailhead on 71st Avenue. The paved trail winds alongside its namesake river and runs for 21 miles, connecting parks and natural areas from the east side of Greeley to Windsor. Trail users pass by horse fields and under mature trees with the snow-capped Rocky Mountains in the background. The neighborhood has a members-only outdoor pool and tennis court area run by the Kelly Farm Pool and Racquet Association. The association is open to anyone interested in membership, not just neighborhood residents, and hosts swim teams for local kids. Parents can bring their kids to use the playground at Coyote Run Park, while dog owners can take their pups to get some off-leash exercise at the enclosed Rover Run Dog Park.10th Street shopping and dining

After grabbing a meal out, locals can pick up their groceries at the nearby Walmart, Safeway or Food King.Weld County School District 6
