A modern, West Greeley suburb with Rocky Mountain views
Tall oaks, aspen and maple trees dot the beautifully manicured lawns of Weber West. Roughly 4 miles west of downtown Greeley, the neighborhood is just minutes from expansive recreation areas, including over 20 miles of riverside trails. Residents sit on the edge of rural Colorado and can enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains from their front doors. “Greeley was built from east to West,” says Ryan Andre, a local real estate agent with Sears Real Estate. “So, in Weber West, you’ll find modern homes without the homeowners association, which isn’t the case in some of the surrounding neighborhoods like Kelly Farm.”
The community fosters a sense of togetherness with seasonal events and gatherings.

Accessibility and making connections on the Poudre River Trail
The paved, 21-mile Poudre River Trail can be accessed from the trailhead off 71st Avenue, which winds alongside the Poudre River through Greeley and northwest to Windsor while passing through pastures, prairies and wooded groves. The Cycling Without Age (CWA) program has been operating in Greeley since May 2020 to allow senior citizens and mobility-challenged individuals to socialize and experience the scenic trail. “Everyone who works with CWA is a volunteer,” says Mike Ketterling, one of the founders of the program’s Greeley chapter. “Our trishaw pilots get as much fulfillment out of the program as our riders. It’s a way to close the isolation of generations from one another. We have 20 pilots who get to make connections with community members every day, and it’s completely free for the rider. I take a lot of pride in what we’ve been able to do over the last four years.”
The Greeley Country Club is also nearby and features a well-maintained, 18-hole golf course, to go along with members-only amenities like tennis and pickleball courts, a dining room and an outdoor pool. Coyote Run Park lies just northwest of the neighborhood’s residential streets and has a playground, open field space and shaded picnic tables. Additionally, pet owners can take their pups a short drive north to Rover Run Dog Park for some off-leash exercise.
