Small and tucked away, Hilltop is a Greensboro suburb that provides city conveniences while maintaining a sense of seclusion. Sitting right next to the Greensboro Urban Loop, this community is less than 10 miles from downtown. With everything so close at hand, there’s an ease to life in Hilltop. “I drive through that area all the time,” says Zelma Holyfield, a Realtor with Triad First Realty. “It’s convenient for a lot of things. You’re not far from Wendover, and it’s so close to the highway, which people really enjoy.”

The Greensboro Urban Loop makes commutes easy
The Greensboro Urban Loop borders the western edge of Hilltop, making it very convenient for commuters. “This is such a good location,” says Danielle White, a Broker with Heritage Realty who has sold several homes in the area. “It’s just minutes from downtown Greensboro, and it puts you right near the Urban Loop, which can take you anywhere in the city.” Access to a vehicle is a must, however, as there aren’t any bus stops close to the neighborhood.
Hilltop is connected to the Greater Greensboro area by the Urban Loop.

Unmarked backroads and wooded streets lend an air of privacy and seclusion to the neighborhood, despite its proximity to the city. Some parts of Hilltop boast larger lots that stretch up to a full acre, while most homes in the area are situated on about a quarter acre of land.
