The city’s park and recreation department also hosts adult softball leagues on its pair of diamonds. Folks also spend time outdoors at Hesperia Civic Plaza Park, 3 miles east. “It’s the most popular park in the city,” Vedder says. It is common to spot visitors strolling its paved trail or picnicking and playing games across its open greenspace. The park's plaza hosts the Hesperia Community Farmers Market every Saturday afternoon.
