A rural enclave in Garland County
Pearcy may be located 15 miles from Hot Springs but nestled as it is into the rural landscape of Garland County, it feels much farther than that. The small unincorporated community is the kind of place that attracts those who value privacy over convenience. At the same time, Pearcy is a welcoming community, the kind of place where neighbors come together at the Pearcy Baptist Church. “If someone comes to me and says that want to live out there, they probably just want to be away from the hustle and bustle,” says Sally Adams, an executive broker with Lake Homes Realty who sells real estate throughout the county. “It’s a little enclave of people who just want to set their own schedule.”
Pearcy is nestled in the Ouchita Mountains.
