Northline Commons, situated next to I-45 at the East Crosstimbers exit, beckons to shoppers with retail establishments like Foot Locker, Champs Sports and Ashley Stewart. Neighborhood restaurants include Alamo Tamales, where diners can feast on breakfast tacos served on house-made flour tortillas, barbacoa, menudo and, of course, homemade tamales. China Star is also located in Northside-Northline, featuring a seafood-centric menu of authentic Chinese cuisine. Being so close to downtown, residents of Northside-Northline can also take advantage of Houston’s wide array of amenities, including cultural events, restaurants and shopping.
