Public schools are part of Spring Branch Central's allure

With roots going back to 1830 as a German dairy farm settlement, Spring Branch Central has matured into a diverse community that appeals to just about everyone for its top-ranked public schools, multicultural shopping options and proximity to downtown Houston. “There are people from all over the world there,” says Magaly Guajardo, a Realtor with Re/Max Real Estate Associates, who’s been selling homes in the area for four years. “The area itself is a bit commercial. There are lots of restaurants and businesses. The schools there are very good and that’s what it’s most recognized for. There are a few districts in Houston that have a lot of bad reviews. Schools are an important factor for families when choosing a place to live.”

This area is pretty safe. the police is always close and neighbors are looking for suspicious activities, you don't hear often about a crime or something bad happening in a house from this area.

This area and in general this city has a really rare weather. you can trust the weather channel or your phone because you never know what the weather is going to be. sometimes you can have a nice, sunny day and the next day would be gloomy and rainy.
