There are a lot of small eateries nearby, and it's easy to travel because there's a bunch of highways by us." The neighborhood also has a handful of green spaces and is a few miles away from China and Koreatown. Prices for homes start at $300,000 and go up to $650,000.

Argentinian grocery and restaurant Pampa Grill and Market is one of the long-time neighborhood eateries that's given Spring Branch its reputation as a hub for cultural foods. Rodriguez says, "There's a new restaurant that just opened up across the street from us called Juarez that I've heard is pretty good, and there's a bunch of eateries around us that you eventually work your way around trying."
