Hoytsville - a rural valley below the mountains
Hoytsville is a rural corridor in the countryside surrounded by Rocky Mountain views. Named after a prominent early settler, this community has 21st-century homes along a historic greenway trail. Between town centers, Hoytsville is a private residential area with agricultural properties and local businesses within 30 minutes of nationally renowned ski resorts in Park City. "People live here because of the recreational opportunities and the quick commute to Park City," says Justin Harding, an area local and Broker at Agency Realty. "It's an agricultural area where residents can raft and fly fish on the Weber River."
