"It's really about the location. It's close to freeways. You can easily get to Fort Worth or Dallas. And it's close to the airport," says Realtor Shannon Bryant of The Wall Team Realty Associates. "It's really open and has a lot of mature trees. It's nice during the springtime when everything is in bloom." Hurst is home to an estimated 39,000 residents according to the U.S. Census 2023 estimates, a 5 percent increase since 2010. The city's highlights include its relative affordability, shopping and dining options and well-regarded school system.
