Chatham Arch is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Indianapolis, with origins that go back to the 19th century. One of the biggest appeals of living in Chatham Arch is its quick access to Massachusetts Avenue. “This location cannot be beaten if you want to be in the middle of all the action in Downtown Indy and Mass Ave,” says Susan Forrest, Realtor with United Real Estate Indianapolis.

For entertainment, there is the District Theatre, known for its intimate theatre experience and diverse performances.
Indianapolis Cultural Trail goes to local attractions
The Indianapolis Cultural Trail makes it easy for residents to access some of Indianapolis’ signature attractions and neighborhoods.
