A mix of older homes and contemporary subdivisions

The are two distinct residential settings within the neighborhood. On the northern edge, older homes sit on spacious lots. Streets are quiet, narrow and shaded by mature trees. South of Brookville Road, which runs through the community, contemporary homes are built closer together in walkable subdivisions. Driveways and attached garages are standard features. Front yards are small, but backyards are large enough for pools. Some homes offer waterfront views. Overall, prices typically range from the low $100,000s to the mid-$300,000s.
