Interstate 5 access and relatively affordable homes in Cypress Village
Cypress Village is a master-planned swath of Irvine full of handsome homes, in a top-notch location. The houses in this community sell for more affordable prices relative to the rest of the area and open the door to the high-quality area school system. “It’s very affordable for Orange County and has some good accessibility because of the nearby freeways,” says local Realtor Matt Tilley of First Team Realty. “This would be a great place for first-time homebuyers because you can get a nice home for under a million dollars.” Cypress Village sits right along Interstate 5, so residents can quickly hop on the highway to get out of town when needed. It’s all part of what makes this master-planned pocket of the city well-rounded.
