A large manufacturing and distribution center with a few homes along the Broward River
Imeson Park is a hub of Jacksonville distribution and manufacturing, home to warehouses of major employers like Samsonite and Amazon. The bulk of the neighborhood is made up of massive logistics warehouses and vast swaths of undeveloped land, leaving little space for housing. There are a few small neighborhoods that branch off from Cedar Bay Road, plus homes on the Broward River. There are also a couple of dozen homes just north of the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, which is a popular tourist attraction. Home prices in Imeson Park are on par with the rest of Jacksonville, but its buyers are drawn to the community's proximity to the river, which surrounds the area on three sides.
Imeson Park is convenient to a wide variety of industries.
There lots of hand on with the animals at the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens.
