First Coast Highschool was a wonderful school with great teachers, great experiences and opportunities, very quickly overshadowed by the terrible students. Having one of the lowest graduating classes of all time, my senior high school year of 2021-2022 was regrettable. My teachers always stood out to me, having an especially amazing English and Psychology teacher, as well as an amazing marine science teacher when she worked there, however it got soured by my classmates. Being an academically inclined, yet lazy student going into my senior year, I thought I would often be overlooked, have the lowest grades, and generally not note-worthy in the slightest, I was very wrong. Every class I went into someone was asking me or one of my friends for answers or help, and it wasn't any better we would always help. Ultimately, I don't blame anyone but the culture my class had. It was cool to be lazy and irritable. It paid to not care about school for them, and that was its greatest downside.

First Coast to me has been great. This is because with my time there I have felt like I belonged, the school spirit was always high, the teachers and administrators each had an impact on me and other students. When it came to education everyone was pushing others to become more involved with AP and dual enrollment classes, to make sure everyone got an opportunity.

First Coast is a great school! They care about the students, and they support the staff where necessary. They prepare students for college, and for those that don't want to go to college, they are prepared for the work force. I love this school!
