McGirts Creek/Settlers Landing includes a number of 21st-century homes that combine a variety of vinyl siding with Colonial elements like simple forms, double-hung windows, and covered porches, many reaching over 2,000 square feet. Homebuyers can expect properties in the area to have a listing price between $275,000 and $565,000, though ranch-style mobile homes in the area go for as low as $75,000. “The community is highly desirable, with 70 percent of listings selling within 30 days or less,” says Ron Williams, a realtor with Watson Realty Corp.
