On top of its city amenities and access to the Arkansas River, Jenks also has a well-regarded school district. “It’s a cute, small, big city that you can walk around in,” says Tiffany Johnson, a real estate agent at Chinowth & Cohen with almost 10 years of experience. “It’s a pretty supportive town, and it’s getting bigger.”
