My overall experience with Jenks HIgh School is positive. I enjoy the dynamic aspect of having a variety of athletics that students can be involved in. The open concept of the campus is also very welcoming. Allowing students to get a feel of what the college experience of multiple classes in various areas may be like. Some of the negative aspects I would say about the school may be the harsh punishments for not making it to class on time. Especially for a big campus like Jenks it can be hard to get from one part of the campus all the way to another in the given time. I feel as if there should be grace given to particular students with a certain schedule.

The best part about Jenks High School are some of their teachers. Some teachers are really entertaining and make their subject fun. The worst parts would probably be the classroom size. Some courses are a bit crowded because the subject matter is popular.

Jenks High School admin is terrible! Even when you have a student doing good in core classes, the constant intimidation by administrators is detrimental to a student’s well being. Bixby is much better both in staff and curriculum. It has been a nightmare for my children to attend Jenks. Parents are...

Too much administrative politics, and too much emphasis on a state-wide Advanced Placement Program that doesn't serve kids needs in the end. Teachers are caring, but appropriateness for curriculum content completely misses the mark for what a high schooler needs to enter the workforce. To much hollo...

Terrible experience, and the priority at Jenks High School is politics, not the best interest of students. During the past two years literally hundreds of students including my two children were negatively impacted by Covid. Funds were not properly used at Jenks to help students recover from lost cl...

Jenks Public Schools is the epitome of mediocrity. At the elementary level, students are not taught phoneme awareness, letter formation, phonics, spelling, meaningful word parts, and comprehension; students are not able to read at grade level unless parents/guardians are able to teach proper reading...
