Southridge Estates features larger grass-trimmed lots adding character to the homes mostly built from the 60s and 70s. The neighborhood boasts homes modeled after French provincial estates, with touches of English and modern design concepts tucked away behind tree-lined streets. With an active neighborhood association, a $50 annual fee helps support the upkeep of the neighborhood in maintaining its natural features. Densely wooded yards, raised porches and landscaping that evokes images of a different time are common in Southridge Estates.
