Access to all of Jupiter's amenities without the price tag
The town of Jupiter sprawls along the southeastern coast of Florida, a veritable mecca for those who love being outside. “You’ve got the best golf, the bluest water along our coast, and state parks all around you,” says Rob Thomson, a Managing Partner at Waterfront Properties and Club Communities and Jupiter resident since 1962. “You can’t beat it.” Many of the homes in Jupiter are priced high; massive estates on the water and in tony gated communities costing several million dollars each. But Jupiter isn’t just for the wealthy. Residents in Jupiter Town Hall, a small neighborhood just south of the Loxahatchee River near Route A1A, enjoy moderately priced homes for the area, landscaped lawns and walkable streets while taking advantage of the many spoils the town offers.
