Upscale Mediterraean homes, different options
Homes in Ritz Carlton were built in the early 2000s to accompany the build of the original golf course in 2002. At the start, there were three homeownership options: customizable estate homes, courtyard homes with pools, and club homes split into one-eighth ownership shares. Estate homes overlook the fourth, fifth, and eighth fairways; courtyard homes have summer outdoor kitchens and lake views; and the club homes feature lower prices and more modest layouts. Each home follows a contemporary Mediterranean style, with white and beige stucco exteriors and brown or red tile roofs. Broad, sweeping brick driveways lead to multi-car detached garages. Lawns are landscaped and decorated with the same level of detail as the golf course; palm trees are mature and green, and even the more heavily adorned gardens are carefully maintained. While houses don’t often come on the market here, club homes have recently sold for $550,000-$575,000, and estate and courtyard homes have sold for $4.1 million-$5.7 million.

William T. Dwyer High's stellar sports program
Ritz Carlton is part of Palm Beach County Public Schools, which offers the school choice program. Students here can attend Lighthouse Elementary School for pre-K through second grade, which is rated B by Niche. Students can then attend Beacon Cove Intermediate School for Grades 3 through 5, which is rated A-minus. Independence Middle School and William T. Dwyer High School are also rated A-minus. William T. Dwyer High is known for its dominant sports programs, with NFL quarterback Jacoby Brissett as one of several notable alumni.

The Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, 3 miles away, is the only stadium in the country to host four minor league teams: the Jupiter Hammerheads, Palm Beach Cardinals, Florida Complex League Marlins and Florida Complex League Cardinals.
