A convergence of highway, river and history in east K.C.

The neighborhood is within 5 miles of the18th and Vine Historic District, which has numerous events and is home to the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, barbecue icons Arthur Bryant’s and Gates Bar-B-Q and downtown. "The area has much to offer, and it's well connected to everything in greater Kansas City, says Riyad Naser, a real estate agent with Keller Williams, who's sold in the neighborhood. "It has easy and close access to main highways, so it's a short distance to downtown K.C., Lee's Summit and Overland Park."
