Live, work and play in Totem Lake

Just 3 miles from Lake Washington, Totem Lake is a peaceful, bikeable neighborhood with easy access to Interstate 405, shopping and dining. In 2017, Totem Lake Mall was redeveloped into The Village at Totem Lake, a newly imagined lifestyle that includes mixed-use, retail and residential. "[This development] brought a resurgence of people seeking to be close to local amenities.," says Realtor Elizabeth Avery with Re/MAX Northwest, who grew up in Kirkland. "The Village at Totem Lake has totally revitalized the area."
