A comfortable suburb in a great location

Colinas de Capistrano is a small residential neighborhood in northeast Laguna Niguel, near the city’s border with Mission Viejo. This emphatically suburban community offers residents easy access to shopping, highways and the local train line, making it a popular landing spot for commuters. “It’s a great location if you’re looking to get to the bigger cities,” says Realtor Robert Najafinia of the Robert Najafinia Real Estate Team, who has lived in the area for over 25 years. “And it’s a location that is close to everywhere.”
