Popular rural area near Portland
Stafford, 11 miles from Portland, is a highly sought-after rural area near modern amenities. "Stafford is a hot, hot market right now," says Terry Sprague, the owner and principal broker at Lake Oswego's LUXE luxury real estate agency. The region is comprised of farmland and vast swathes of greenery, with the Tualatin River running near its borders.
