From 55-plus condos to Intercoastal Waterway estates

Anona is located on the Intercoastal Waterway. Residents live in condos in gated communities, which are filled with one- to two-bedroom condos in 55-plus communities. For a price between $130,000 and $200,000, homebuyers can expect a 1,000-square-foot, one-bedroom condo. Two- to-four bedroom midcentury modern homes in the Westwood Village and Imperial Grove Drive communities can be priced around $450,000 to $600,000, depending on square footage. Prices increase as properties get closer to the shoreline. These six-bedroom estates, often with 3,000 to 4,500 square feet of living space and almost an acre of land, are priced from $1 to $2 million.

Situated along Clearwater Bay and its collection of small islands, locals can be found boating and swimming in Clearwater Bay or exploring its collection of small islands. The boardwalk at Indian Rocks Beach is dotted with beach access points and a sandy park. Within 1 mile is John R. Cozy Mill and Company and Downtown Largo

Within 3 miles are the Pinellas and Indian Rock shopping centers, home to chain grocers and a collection of fast-food restaurants. Seafood and Italian cuisine are specialties at many of the surrounding restaurants. Just outside Anona and on Indian Rocks Road is The Mill and Company, a cozy bakery and coffee shop. From seafood festivals to dinner theater productions

One of the city’s most well-known attractions is the Florida Botanical Gardens, less than 3 miles away. The Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPAC) and the Tonne Playhouse are located in Largo Central Park, hosting regular live concerts and dinner theater productions. Anona is roughly 6 miles from Clearwater and St. Petersburg/Clearwater International Airport. Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority offers bus services, locally as SunRunners, with routes to Largo Transit Center and Indian Rocks Shopping Center. Seminole Boulevard, West Bay Drive and Clearwater Largo Road are the most trafficked throughways in Anona. Healthcare is available through HCA Florida Largo Hospital.
