The Largo neighborhood of Greenbrook Estates features a collection of mostly single-story homes with large lawns, crepe myrtles and tall palm trees. Backyard pools are common. Thanks to its location near Clearwater and St. Petersburg, this area offers quick access to multiple local shopping and dining areas. The St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is nearby, which can be an issue for residents. "People need to be aware there may be some noise," says Alessandro Antezza, a real estate broker with Realty One Group Sunshine. Antezza says the houses are built with "good windows" and materials to keep the noise at bay.

Greenbrook Estates is zoned for Pinellas County Schools, which earns an A-minus on Niche. Students can start at Frontier Elementary School and move on to Oak Grove Middle School, both of which score a B-minus. There are several choices for high schools in the area, including B-rated Pinellas Park High School, which offers a first-responder program that trains students in firefighting and emergency medical response. Nearby Clearwater Central Catholic High School has an A-plus score and offers an entrepreneurship program.

While there are no parks in the neighborhood, Largo’s Datsko Park is just east along Whitney Road. The park has several amenities, including trails, volleyball and basketball courts. Situated to the north, Cove Cay Golf Club has an 18-hole course along the Old Tampa Bay.

Neighborhood dining options are along Roosevelt Boulevard, along the southern edge of Greenbrook Estates, and include a mix of chains and local spots. El Molcajete serves tacos and tortas. JR's Sports Pub serves a variety of wings, burgers and sandwiches and has karaoke nights. Most shopping locations are along US Highway 19 to the south and include big-box retailers like Walmart, while grocery stores, including Publix, are further to the west along Bay Road.

Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority provides bus connections to Greenbrook Estates, with several stops along Roosevelt Boulevard and the US 19 Frontage Road. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport is 2 miles to the east. Hwy 19 also connects to Interstate 275. The closest hospital is HCA Florida Largo Hospital, but smaller clinics are throughout.
Public transportation is certainly an option in Greenbrook Estates.
