Character-rich Southwestern homes
Within the neighborhood's subdivisions, homes with xeriscaped yards sit close together on hilly streets or cul-de-sacs. “The homes here are either from the early 2000s or the ‘90s,” says Manny Patino, a Realtor with Patino Real Estate who’s sold homes in Las Cruces for 12 years. “They’re all different and have a lot of character.” Custom homes with Pueblo Revival-style architecture are common, and often have Southwestern elements like clay-tiled roofs, stucco-walled courtyards and exposed beams.
