With an energy all its own, Meadowlane offers recreation, shopping, dining and parks
Visitors to Meadowlane in East Lincoln could easily describe this established post-war community as bustling. While it is peaceful and relatively quiet, offering leafy lawn suburban views along its winding streets, Meadowlane has a broader variety of amenities within its 2-square-mile area than its neighbors. According to Josh Beyer, Realtor and owner of Capital City Realty Group, “Homes offer many options to buyers in Meadowlane. First, they’re competitively priced and offer a variety of styles and designs. Buyers who like home projects or DIY can find ready-to-renovate homes. At the same time, plenty of homes come to market that have been well-updated or fully renovated.”
Covering an area of about 2 square miles, Meadowlane has 1,861 homes, 60+ businesses, a public park, two apartment complexes, and a neighborhood swimming pool. Public and private schools are in or just outside its boundaries, and four churches are in the neighborhood. Shopping, dining, and grocery destinations are all less than 2 miles from the center of the neighborhood.
