Suburban community close to all of Littleton's amenities
When you’re traveling down the streets of the Sterne Park area in Littleton, one thing that stands out is the individuality of every home. While many of the houses date back to the same midcentury timeframe and single-story houses are common, it would be a challenge to find identical homes in this popular Denver-area suburb. “It’s close to everything that makes Littleton so special,” says Kelli Narde, the city of Littleton’s director of communications. Narde has worked with the city for more than 30 years. In addition to Sterne Park’s vibrant landscape, it also offers an easy commute into the city, thanks to the neighborhood’s connections to the Littleton-Downtown light rail station and the US-85 highway. A simple 10-mile drive is all it takes to get to downtown Denver – or to return to Sterne Park’s individualized charm.

Buyers can find homes in the neighborhood for between $450,000 and $1.05 million on average, with a typical four-bedroom house selling for about $630,000.
