Homebuyers come to Lorane because it offers immediate access to major roadways, plenty of retail shopping and dining and various greenspaces. "Real estate in Lorane is less expensive and less desirable than other areas like Reiffton and Stonersville," says Realtor Scott Walley, who sells homes in the area with RE/MAX of Reading. "Lorane residents get the same access to everything available in Reading." Walley has worked in Reading real estate for over 45 years. Homebuyers also choose Lorane because it allows their children access to highly rated public schools.
