In the rural heart of northeastern Ohio is the village of Lordstown. The area was developed as part of a redevelopment effort following the Revolutionary War, electing its first township officers in the early 19th century. The Lordstown Local School District serves the community, with two schools teaching from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. Lordstown Elementary has an overall A-minus rating on Niche and takes pre-kindergarten through sixth-grade students.
