Maple Hills, a neighborhood in Lynchburg, sits between two major city interstates. “It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close to the 501 and 221,” says Ashley Eiban, a Realtor with eXp Realty LLC-Lynchburg who has lived in the city for nearly two decades. “It’s a convenient location.” People can easily reach major employers, such as the nearby Liberty University and the University of Lynchburg. “They’re just 10 minutes away,” Eiban says. There are also many car dealerships in Maple Hills, which are also vital employers, she says. “There’s not a lot going on here, but it’s a good area with nice homes at a good value. They have friendlier prices than surrounding places,” says Martin Donovan, a Realtor with Lauren Bell Real Estate, who has over 30 years of experience in the area.
