Five golf courses, parks and fields are between the subdivisions

Recreational opportunities are abundant in Macomb Township. Main thoroughfares such as Romeo Plank Road and North Avenue run the length of the community and lead to residential roads, which reveal sought-after subdivision neighborhoods like West Park Estates. The Macomb Township Community Recreation Center provides indoor recreation and community events. Throughout the year, this 92,000-square-foot facility invites residents and non-residents to enjoy the aquatic center with its spray features, lazy river and hot tub, as well as fitness rooms for a vigorous workout. The recreation center is a popular venue for hosting birthday parties and also serves as host to numerous annual festivities including the Turkey Hop.
