Located near Downtown Madera, minimal traditional homes line numbered and lettered streets. Many homes are single-story, and were built between the 1940s and 1970s, and feature adobe exteriors painted with neutral colors. Prices range from $160,000 to $345,000. Some communities in the northeastern and southeastern regions were constructed after 1980 and include new traditional architecture.
