Visitors can relax at the park’s sandy beach, go for a walk on the serene trails or take their furry friends out for some exercise at the off-leash dog park. Just west of the neighborhood is Maple Bluff Country Club where members can spend the afternoon on the well-maintained golf course or relax by the pool during the warmer months. Brentwood Village is conveniently located just minutes away from the Northside Town Center, which is home to the Northside Farmers’ Market which runs from during the summer and fall months. For an expansive organic selection and items in bulk, head to the Willy Street Co-op. There’s also a Goodwill filled with second-hand treasures. For a filling brisket meal head to Beef Butter BBQ or Smoky Jon’s.
Easy access to downtown
Residents can find public transportation through Metro Transit along North Sherman Avenue. The community is close to Interstate 90, and is close to several local roads that can get to downtown Madison which is only 4 miles away.
