Near the Piscataquog River, the two-mile Piscataquog Trail offers a woodsy walk stretching from the area around Kelley Street and across a footbridge to the east side of Merrimack River Park. The trail is 10 feet wide and accessible by foot or by bicycle.
Student clubs at Manchester High School West
Children in kindergarten to fourth grade attend Northwest Elementary School, receiving a C-minus on Niche. Students continue to Middle School At Parkside for fifth through eighth grade, receiving a C rating. Manchester High School West, which received a C rating, has a variety of clubs for students to participate in, from Dungeons and Dragons to the National Art Honor Society.Block party and the Bookmobile
Rimmon Heights hosts an annual block party sponsored by businesses in the area. The celebration provides attendees with food and drink and offers face painting, a dunking booth and the Bookmobile. The Bookmobile is a car filled with books, driven by volunteers and Manchester School District teachers. Residents can use West Bridge Street to access Manchester. For commuters, I-293 borders the area. Rimmel Heights is 15 minutes away from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The area has a few bus stops, but the location is primarily car-reliant.The Bakeshop on Kelley Street
