Manlius Town and Manlius Village are not one and the same, though the area in its entirety is rather historic. Whether it’s grabbing a milkshake from The Daily Diner or taking a walk along the Limestone Creek Greenway Trail, there’s a sort of joy that locals can discover in the little things here.

Historic homes in Manlius Village
Cruising down the two-lane streets of Manlius Village, it’s not uncommon to spot elegant, antique homes resting on small hilltops or shaded behind old-growth trees. Established in the late 18th century, Manlius’ older homes are practically historic landmarks. These Stick Victorians and Colonial Revivals were constructed in the 19th and early 20th centuries, while more common ranch-style homes, split levels and Craftsman homes tend to be recent builds. New construction also looks like townhomes with traditional architecture and larger ranch-style homes with Tudor flourishes, priced between $200,000 and $650,000. More spacious builds may even reach $1 million, though land is often available for folks looking to start from scratch.
