In downtown Marengo, Marengo Café offers all the classic breakfast favorites along with sandwiches. The café gets all of its ingredients from local farmers markets and producers, so its menu is more seasonal. When entering Niko’s Pointers Saloon, residents will feel like they’ve been transported to the Wild West with the décor and setup and can enjoy burgers and beers. Flatlander Market opening 1986 and offers sandwiches and soups, with a weekly special and a featured dessert. The awning and sign outside make it feel like a 50s diner. Sullivans Foods is Marengo’s grocery store, located by the library.
