And the neighborhood’s central location gives locals plenty of dining options. “You have access to any restaurant you want within 10 minutes,” Oakes says. “In Frisco, Plano, McKinney, there’s nothing you can’t find in those areas.”Some nearby favorites are located in Adriatica Village, a 45-acre Croation-style village in the middle of the Stonebridge Ranch development. Locals can head to Cavalli Pizzeria for wood-fired Neapolitan pizza and then stroll a few doors down to Zin Zen Wine Bistro for after-dinner drinks. The village also hosts boutique shops and live music venues.
Hop on U.S. 75 to get to downtown Dallas
Stonebridge Ranch is conveniently located less than 10 miles from three hospitals — Methodist McKinney Hospital on Eldorado Parkway, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney, on West University Drive and Medical City McKinney on Medical Center Drive. Downtown Dallas is an easy 35-mile trip south on U.S. 75. And to get away from it all Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is 32 miles away via Sam Rayburn Tollway South.
