Thousands of pre-built and custom home options offer variety for homebuyers
The community has over 34,000 homes split into 50 “enclaves,” or subdivisions. Residents can choose between buying a production home or building a custom property. This freedom to develop and modify new homes means Las Sendas has many sizes, styles and price points. Ranch-style and split-level homes sell for $400,000 to $650,000, while Spanish Revival and Mediterranean properties can be $650,000 to $900,000. Larger homes with four or more bedrooms range from $900,000 to $2 million, and Las Sendas has a few “estate” style mansions with mountain views that can be $5 million to $10 million. Townhouse and condo units are available for $400,000 to $700,000. The community’s CAP Index Crime Score is 2 out of 10, half of the national score of 4.Walking trails, golf and sports are inside the Las Sendas gates
"Las Sendas" is Spanish for "the paths," a nod to the 14 trails that loop through the community. All these paths connect to three on-site parks. Boulder Mountain Park has pickleball, tennis, bocce and soccer facilities, Trailhead Park has a 25-meter lap pool, and Sonoran Heights has a sand volleyball court. Residents can also purchase a Las Sendas Spa and Fitness Center membership and play rounds at Las Sendas Golf Club, a public par-72 course. Just east of the neighborhood, Usery Mountain Regional Park has 29 miles of hiking trails. To the north, the Granite Reef Recreational Area borders the Lower Salt River and is open for fishing and paddleboarding.Neighborhood schools get top ratings
